My name is Nejm Halla.
A videographer and photographer based in the heart of Brussels, I define myself not only by my technique, but by my obsession with storytelling. A technically perfect image that tells no story does not interest me.
For more than a decade, I have been navigating between two often opposing worlds: the demands of European institutions and the freedom of artistic projects. It is this dual expertise that makes Blacktown so strong today.
My philosophy is based on three pillars:
