  • Don’t worry—this is true for 90% of the people who step in front of my camera! As a photographer in Brussels, my role isn’t just to press a button, but to guide you every step of the way. We take the time to chat, choose the lighting, and I’ll help you with your poses and expressions. The atmosphere in the studio (or outdoors) is completely relaxed, allowing your true self to shine through.

  • Please wear clothes that make you feel comfortable and reflect your personality or your line of work. For a corporate or LinkedIn portrait, opt for fitted styles and solid colors (avoid large logos or overly complex patterns that can overwhelm the image). For an artist or model portfolio, I recommend bringing 2 to 3 different outfit options to create a variety of looks.

  • After our photo shoot, you’ll receive a private gallery where you can select your favorite portraits. Once you’ve made your selection, the high-resolution photos—carefully curated and meticulously retouched—will be delivered to you via a secure download link within 24 hours.

A portrait session at Blacktown isn’t just a simple photo shoot.
It’s a guided experience, designed to put you at ease, understand your personality, and create images that truly represent you.

Before the session, we’ll discuss your work, your image, and how you plan to use the photos (LinkedIn, website, acting portfolio, communications, personal branding). This allows us to tailor the session to your specific needs.

During the shoot, I’ll give you specific instructions on your posture, gaze, and expression. You don’t need to know how to pose: my role is to guide you so we can capture natural, striking, and professional portraits, whether in the studio in Saint-Gilles or in natural light.
